Owned by the Rothschild Foundation, the Grade II Listed property is available by way of a new lease with terms to be agreed by negotiation including a possible rent free incentive.

It is listed with a guide price of £48,000 per annum on a new 10 year leasea and is being marketed by Fleurets.
The kitchen has been refurbished to provide a new food offering to the trading areas which comprises two separate internal areas.
The garden has also been revamped with a paved patio and a fixed pergola for outside drinking and dining.
