The Butcher’s Tap and Grill in Marlow will offer a limited edition menu for Bonfire Night.
The Tom Kerridge restaurant brings together two industries - the high-street butchers and traditional pubs - and rolls them into one.
Orders can be made from the butcher's counter where you can choose your meat and have it cooked for you whilst you sit and enjoy the pub atmosphere or you can take it home to cook yourself.
In the butcher's counter, this weekend for Bonfire Night (Saturday, November 5) will be three specially made hotdogs.
The hotdogs are provided by Sosij, who creates a range of different flavoured artisan sausages.
Kerridge met the team behind Sosij at a recent Pub in the Park and “loved” the samples of their meat.
Since then two different flavours of sausage have been available at The Butcher’s Tap and Grill each week.
To celebrate Bonfire Night, the restaurant will sell the three bespoke flavours created specifically for the day.
The Bucks Free Press were able to get a sneak preview of each of the hotdogs that will be on offer.
The first was a spiced pumpkin sausage with sage, coffee mayonnaise and salted popcorn.
This tasted amazing with flavours working together that you would not expect to see together.
Next was a chicken rogan josh sausage with tomato and onion chutney, mint mayonnaise and onion pakora.
If you're a fan of Indian takeaway then those one is for you. A delicious tasting sausage topped with loads of onion on pakora
And finally, pork and apple sausage with mustard mayonnaise, apple chutney and black pudding.
The most traditional hotdog out of the three but it tasted just as good with the flavours from the sausage shining through.
Head chef, Jamie May, who helped design the menu, revealed his favourite out of the three.
He said: "I thought it would be a cool idea, we have got the space, we have got the garden and it's Bonfire Night.
"We spoke about doing bespoke flavours which aren't sent out to anyone else. We started playing around with the pumpkin one and then the chicken organ josh.
"It's something a bit quirky but ultimately it's about the sausage being the star of the show.
"My favourite personally is the chicken rogan josh, which came about while sitting at the bar and having a steak.
"It's the tastiest one!"
The menu will be available from 3pm until they sell out with each hotdog costing £15.
