A 'CONTROLLING' partner who subjected his victim to 'horrendous' abuse has been jailed.
Lee Broomhead controlled a woman in her 20s between 2021 and 2022 throughout their relationship.
The 28-year-old of Barker Lane, Aston Clinton, Aylesbury, was found guilty for using coercive behaviour to pester her into carrying on with the relationship.
He was on bail at the time for a previous offence against her and forced her to go to police to withdraw her coorperation with officers.

Broomhead also prevented her from opening the door to police when she was in danger.
She was even forced to delete social media accounts and wasn't allowed to speak to her friends and family.
Police also said the victim was not allowed to leave the property and was forced to live with Broomhead.
The details in the court case were described as 'horrendous' by investigating officer PC Aimee Stein, based at Aylesbury police station.
She said: “After a long investigation and a horrendous period of time, the victim can finally seek the support to move on and live her life without being controlled day-in, day-out.
“We will continue to support her through this transition.
“This is a reminder that no one is alone in experiencing coercive or controlling behaviour.
“I encourage any victims to come forward and report it to police by calling 101 or via our website, as we will listen and support them.”
Broomhead was sentenced to three years in prison and given a 10-year restraining order against the victim after pleading guilty to two counts of coercive control at Aylesbury Crown Court on Wednesday, October 26.
