Plans to redevelop the land at Castle Estate in the Cressex Business Park could see the loss of Rush Trampoline Park in High Wycombe.
The application submitted to Buckinghamshire Council would see the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of an industrial unit on Turnpike Road.
There are currently ten units at the site, including companies such as Aquasense (UK) Ltd, Constant Air Systems, Origin Frames, Focusrite Audio Engineering, RH Amar and Rush Trampolines.
The buildings were originally constructed in the 1980s with the developer saying this impacts the range of businesses who can "efficiently" use the space.
The developers were given advice in 2019 from Wycombe District Council who said "concern is raised in respect of the loss of Rush Trampolines, which would be treated as a community facility in planning terms."
The advice continued: "In order to avoid this potential complication you may wish to exclude the Rush building from your application or alternatively work with them to relocate to another suitable premises in advance of the application being submitted."
The developers have since said they would "facilitate the relocation of Rush Trampolines, if necessary" in phase two of the proposed development.
Phase one would comprise the demolition of the former Geodis UK Ltd unit and the erection of a single warehouse unit.
The second phase would see the demolition of the remainder of the site to provide up to 25,626sqm of employment space, including up to 2,694 sqm of leisure space.
The Bucks Free Press has approached Rush Trampoline Park about the proposed pans.
