Drivers are facing some serious disruption in and around Chesham today.
There is a report of a multiple emergency works taking place which is causing delays in and around Chesham.
Transport for Bucks tweeted out warning drivers of the roadworks taking place.

They wrote: "We are aware of the severe traffic problems in the Chesham area and apologise for this. We are working with all parties involved to improve traffic conditions as soon as possible, but recommend that, if you can, you use an alternative route.
"This issue has been caused by three sets of emergency works coinciding with our own works which were already underway, a major gas replacement programme and several other minor works in the area for broadband installation."
According to Google Maps, traffic is heavy on Broad Street at the junction with Sunnyside Road.
There are temporary traffic signals due to construction works on A416 Broad Street both ways at B4505 Eskdale Avenue.
