Aylesbury's only real ice rink will return this winter with a host of special events across the festive season.

The ice rink will at Chiltern View Nursery open on Thursday, November 17 with Boney M set to perform on the gala night opening alongside All Ice Production.

The ice rink will be open until December 31 with a number of other live performances and guest appearances.

Member of the boy band Blue Anthony Costa will be appearing on November 19, The Abba Sisters on November 26 and the Winner of ITV’s Starstruck Rachael Hawnt on Decemebr 3.

There will be Drag Bingo on December 8,  The Dolly Show on December 17 as well as free live entertainment every Friday night including Glen Tortolano & andDJ sets from Hyzteria.

Santa will also be popping in for flying visits on December 11, 18 and 24 between 11am and 2pm.

The garden centre will be open selling Christmas gifts, mulled wine or hot chocolate will be on offer at the Chiltern Brew Tea Rooms or pick up some specialty festive food from The Crazy Pig Farm shop.

"We welcomed hundred of people through the doors last year and were able to support many local charities.

"It was fantastic to see so many of our customers and their families enjoying some real festive fun, with smiles and laughter all round.

"This year is going to be bigger and better than ever.
