Emergency services were called out to a three-car smash in Chalfont St Peter.
Fire crews, police officers and paramedics attended Gravel Hill on October 7 at 6:23pm to deal with the crash.
Three women were out of their cars when the firefighters arrived with one woman being cared for by South Central Ambulance Service.
A Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: "One appliance and crew from Gerrards Cross attended.
"Three women were out of their cars when the firefighters arrived. One woman was being cared for by South Central Ambulance Service.
"The firefighters assisted Thames Valley Police. They made the scene safe and helped with traffic management."
