Plans have been submitted to demolish two existing buildings in High Wycombe to build two four-storey apartment buildings.

Plans have been submitted to demolish two stores on Oxford Road in High Wycombe town centre and build two four-storey buildings.
The application is made on behalf of Fulmer Developments Ltd and would see 27 apartments built.
A planning statement reads: “The application site is located on one of the main arterial roads leading into High Wycombe town centre from the west.
“The proposals would deliver a high quality new development on a tired brownfield site, within a sustainable urban area, delivering a range of much needed housing within Buckinghamshire.”

Wetherspoons have submitted major plans to transform a clothes shop into a new pub in the centre of Marlow.
The pub chain’s proposal will see the M&Co store be turned into The Brass Thimble.
The proposals suggest that the pub would create proximately 50 to 60 full and part-time jobs and “be beneficial to the vitality and viability of the town centre”.
The proposed opening hours are 7am to midnight from Sunday to Thursday and 7am to 1am Friday and Saturday.

Plans have been submitted by Gail’s to hang signage up for a new bakery in Gerrards Cross.
The site at 7 - 9 Packhorse Road was previously occupied by bakery Jungs who vacated the premises several years back.
