A man is set for trial after he denied seriously assaulting a woman in Chesham.
Frederick Collins, 46, appeared at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on August 30 to be charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Collins, of no fixed address, is alleged to have seriously assaulted a woman in Chesham on August 20.
At the hearing, Collins pleaded not guilty to the charge and is set for a trial by jury at Aylesbury Crown Court.
Collins has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance on October 3.
