A SON who lost his beloved mum to dementia is running the London Marathon in aid of Marlow charity Dementia Action Marlow.
Richard is hoping to raise £500 to help fund a day's operating cost for the 'life saving charity'.
In October 2021, Richard's mum Margaret passed away having suffered with dementia for several years.

Richard said: "I am Richard, one of three of Margaret's children. Mum passed away in October 2021 having suffered with dementia for several years. This year I am running the London Marathon for Dementia Action Marlow, all money raised will help them continue funding support programmes for those people suffering with the illness, as well as those who are caring for their loved ones. I am thankful for their love and friendship."
