A DRIVER was stopped in High Wycombe on Friday for 'careless driving'.
Thames Valley's roads policing unit officers spotted the driver on Chairborough Avenue, High Wycombe, "whizzing around the streets".

Police officers stopped the driver and reported them for careless driving and issued a Section 59 warning notice.
This means their car will be seized if they repeat the crime again.
