Police are investigating an arson attack that took place in a recreation ground in Princes Risborough.
A number of fence panels were taken down and set on fire in the park of the King George V Recreation Ground.
The panels were used to fuel the blaze overnight in an item of play equipment between Saturday (September 17) and Sunday (September 18).
Firefighters we called to the scene on Sunday morning to extinguish the still smouldering embers.
The area has since been taped off with the town council revealing it will cost around £10,000 to replace.
