September 5:
- RAMEEZ ALI, 30, of West End Street, High Wycombe. Driving over the drug drive limit. On March 24, in Abbey Way, High Wycombe, had a quantity of cannabis in their blood. Costs £119. Fined £153. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Possession of a controlled Class B drug. On March 24, in High Wycombe, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Fined £153. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
- AYSON RUDOLFO, 53, of Arnison Avenue, High Wycombe. Driving over the drink drive limit in Hughenden Avenue, High Wycombe, on August 10. Costs £171. Fined £215. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
- JOHN MCDONAGH, 40, of Stadium Approach, Aylesbury. Destroying or damaging property of unknown value. On August 30, 2020, in Aylesbury, damaged a Toyota Avensis belonging to another person. Costs £345. Compensation £186. Community order made. Must be under curfew with electronic monitoring for three months. Racially aggravated harassment by words or writing in Aylesbury on August 30, 2020. Community order made. Failing to surrender to custody at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on August 1. No separate penalty.
- KAI WALKER, 21, of Barleyfields, Wooburn Green. Driving over the drug drive limit. On April 27, in London Road, High Wycombe, had a quantity of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. Costs £85. Fined £200. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

- MARK O’DONNELL, 29, of Buckingham Road, Aylesbury. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend planned office visits on August 2, August 9 and August 16. Committed to prison for 14 days concurrent. Failing to surrender to custody at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on August 30. Committed to prison for 21 days. Overall length of sentence 21 days.
- JOHN MURPHY, 22, of Clare Road, Taplow. Exceeding the 40mph speed limit on the A41 Bicester on December 24, 2021. Speed recorded was 72mph. Fined £600. Costs £150. Driving record endorsed with six points.
- RACHAEL CASTLE, 38, of Cotswold Way, High Wycombe. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance on the M4, Reading, on December 12, 2021. Fined £538. Costs £144. No totting disqualification.
- CONNOR BROUDER, 22, of Odencroft Road, Slough. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Goodwin Road, Slough, on December 4, 2021. Fined £400. Costs £130. Driving record endorsed with six points.
- TENDAI MUSARURWA, 51, of Grasmere Avenue, Slough. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Farnham Road, Slough, on November 11, 2021. Speed recorded was 38mph. Fined £160. Costs £124.
- TOMASZ TOMCZAK, 42, of Cressex Road, High Wycombe. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Cressex Road, High Wycombe, on January 13. Fined £120. Costs £124. Disqualified from driving for six months.
- THOMAS FINN, 38, of High Street, Lane End. Driving over the drug drive limit. On May 11, in Marlow Hill, High Wycombe, had a quantity of Benzoylecgonine in their blood. Costs £185. Fined £500. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Marlow Hill, High Wycombe, on May 11. Fined £500.
- PATRICK ARRONS, 19, of Buckingham Road, Aylesbury. Driving over the drink drive limit in Hedgerley Lane, Hedgerley, on March 8. Costs £119. Fined £120. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.
- FRAZER BIERRUM, 21, of Manor Way, Chesham. Possessing a knife blade or sharp pointed article in a public place. On August 19, in Manor Way, Chesham, had a lock knife in their possession. Costs £199. Must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Lock knife to be forfeited and destroyed.
- RUTH FRANCE, 46, of Valeside Avenue, High Wycombe. Driving over the drink drive limit in Hunters Hill, High Wycombe, on August 20. Costs £101. Fined £400. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.
- CARLA PETER, 45, of Baker Street, Waddeston. Driving over the drink drive limit on the A41 Bicester on March 12. Costs £119. Fined £120. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.
