A stalker hid Apple Airtags in a woman's purse and car so that he could secretly track her.
Sam Stuart, aged 31, used the small electronic devices on his victim in Flackwell Heath and Stokenchurch from December 10, 2021 to January 15, 2022.
Stuart, of Littel Wood, Stokenchurch, appeared at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on August 19, where he pleaded guilty to charges of stalking and assault by beating.
The court heard how Stuart used three Apple Airtags - small metal discs that are meant to be attached to everyday items to keep track of them - to keep tabs on his victim.

He positioned one device in her purse and two others in her car in an attempt to follow her movements without her knowing.
Also at the hearing, Stuart admitted to assaulting the same victim in Stokenchurch on December 11, 2021.
The defendant had initially denied both charges against him, but altered his plea at the hearing on August 18.
Stuart is due to be sentenced at Wycombe Magistrates Court on September 19. He has been granted unconditional bail until his next hearing.
