An Aylesbury man has been charged with rape and sexual assault.
Mark Neal, aged 54, of Buckingham Road in Aylesbury, has been charged with two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.
The first incident of rape is alleged to have taken place between January 1, 2000 and December 31, 2000.
The second alleged rape took place on October 17, 2020.
Neal is also accused of sexually assaulting a woman on November 8, 2020.
The charges were put to Neal at a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on August 18. He has not yet had an opportunity to plead guilty or not guilty.
The defendant is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on September 19 for a plea hearing. He has been granted conditional bail until his next appearance.
