Chilterns power cut: electricity off for days
Part of Amersham has been gripped by a power cut since the weekend.
The properties on HP7 9 postcode area in Amersham were cut off on Saturday (September 3) around 8pm after the unplanned outage.
Power had to be turned off to allow engineers to carry out emergency repair work, UK Power Networks said.
The provider was unable to confirm when the power would be back on.
The provide said: “We’re sorry for any disruption this may have caused you.”
