House prices in Buckinghamshire have gone up by an average of over £4,000 in the month of June, according to figures from the Land Registry.
The latest data from the government department reveals that in June 2022 average house prices in Buckinghamshire reached £468,521.
This was up from £463,601 in May, representing over a 1.1 per cent increase. In the last 12 months it has risen by 9.1 per cent.

- Detached houses - Up to £853,916 from £849,779 in May
- Semi-detached houses - Up to £462,668 from £457,021 in May
- Terraced houses - Up to £364,602 from £358,647 in May
- Flats - Up to £242,631 from £239,832 in May
