August 5:
- James Jeffs, 48, of School Lane, Chalfont St Peter. Driving over the drink drive limit in Denham Lane, Chalfont St Peter, on September 2, 2021. Costs £180. Must carry out 175 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.
- Idris Ali, 25, of Meadowcroft, Aylesbury. Driving whilst unfit through drugs in Paterson Road, Aylesbury, on January 8. Fined £184. Costs £135. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
- Nitu Chopra, 43, of Desborough Road, High Wycombe. Theft in dwelling. On May 21, 2021, in High Wycombe, stole cash to the value of £20 belonging to another person. Fined £300. Costs £809.
- John Wright, 52, of Victor Lay Place, High Wycombe. Exposure. On July 22, 2021, in High Wycombe, exposed their genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress. Community order made. Compensation £100. Burglary. On July 22, 2021, in High Wycombe, entered Wrights Meadow Centre as a trespasser and stole a fire key of unknown value. Community order made.
August 8:
- Kamaljit Mattoo, 73, of Birchdale, Gerrards Cross. Failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence between November 16, 2021 and December 14, 2021. Fined £660. Costs £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.
- Marvin Ntwatwa, 29, of Cromwell Road, High Wycombe. Driving over the drink drive limit in Aston Clinton Road, Aylesbury, on July 24. Fined £553. Costs £306. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.
- Tyler Miller, 19, of Coopers Rise, High Wycombe. Failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Stoke Mandeville on July 24. Costs £199. Disqualified from driving for 17 months. Must carry out 140 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.
- Shohaib Saleem, 22, of Ridgeway Road, Chesham. Driving over the drug drive limit. On September 3, 2021, in Fieldway, Amersham, had a quantity of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. Fined £270. Costs £334. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
August 9:
- Hagar Acheghaf, 32, of Ladyday Place, Slough. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Hampshire Avenue, Slough, on December 7, 2021. Fined £80. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with six points. No totting disqualification.
- Ireneusz Pychner, 43, of Washington Drive, Slough. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Buckingham Avenue, Slough, on October 3, 2021. Speed recorded was 37mph. Fined £100. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with three points.
- Jacek Dynos, 52, of Queen Street, High Wycombe. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Park Corner, Henley, on August 19, 2021. Speed recorded was 37mph. Fined £300. Costs £124. Disqualified from driving for two months.
It is established in the UK that court cases should be heard in public.
