A MAN charged with causing death by dangerous driving in connection with the death of schoolboy Charlie Harris is due to appear in court tomorrow.

Nineteen-year-old David Mear of Freemantle Road, High Wycombe, will appear at Aylesbury Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing.

The teenager has been on unconditional bail since his last appearance at the court in December last year.

Charlie, a five-year-old pupil at Great Kingshill Church of England School, died after he was knocked down by a car while walking home from school with his mother on September 21, 2007.
