A man has been caught carrying weaponised gas in Buckinghamshire.
Mihai Stingaciu, 26, was caught carrying CS gas, a type of tear gas, in Farnham Common on March 17, 2020.
On the same date, he was also caught carrying an extendable baton.
Stingaciu, of Cranborne Road in Slough, was also caught carrying the baton in Farnham Royal on March 1, 2020.
While CS gas is classified as non-lethal, victims can suffer severe lung, heart and liver damage if targeted with the substance.

At a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on July 22, Stingaciu pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing a weapon for the discharge of noxious liquid or gas.
He also admitted to two counts of possession of an offensive weapon in public, and one count of failing to surrender to custody.
After hearing all the evidence in the case, the magistrates ordered Stingaciu to carry out 160 hours of unpaid work in the community.
He was made to pay £180 in court costs and was made to forfeit the weapons.
