A High Wycombe man who is banned from calling 999 has assaulted a paramedic.
Daniel Wickes, 56, of Tilling Crescent, attacked the male emergency worker in High Wycombe on September 9 last year.
At a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on July 22, Wickes pleaded guilty to a charge of assaulting an emergency worker.
Wickes, who has previously been jailed for making 999 calls when there was no emergency, is subject to a criminal behaviour order.

The order, issued in January 2021, prevents him from entering High Wycombe town centre, being drunk in the town, entering any pub or bar in the down, or having any open container of alcohol in High Wycombe.
The six-year order also prohibits him from calling 999 in a non-emergency situation.
Considering the evidence, the magistrates decided to give Wickes a second chance, sentencing him to a 12-month conditional discharge. No order for costs was made.
