Police deployed a taser at a Buckinghamshire service station after reports of a man with a sword.
Officers from the Thames Valley Police roads policing unit were called to Newport Pagnell Services, just off the M1, yesterday (Sunday).
The officers were looking for a suspect who had been threatening members of the public with a sword in Warwickshire.
Officers located the suspect and discovered that he was in possession of a sword, machete and two knives.
The officers deployed a Taser on the man but did not need to fire it.
A 63-year-old man of no fixed abode has been arrested on suspicion of possessing a knife or bladed article in a public place.
He has been released on police bail until September 12.
