A vegan fast-food truck in High Wycombe was visited by Russell Brand who picked up dinner for his family.
The comedian, who lives in the Marlow area, has been vegetarian since the age of 14, and turned vegan after reportedly watching the 2017 documentary “What The Health.”
The owner of Bite Down, the vegan fast-food truck, revealed after collecting the food for his family "he left a good tip when he was told how little the cost was".

A social media post from the takeaway said: "Look who visited us today!! Russell Brand came to pick up some delicious Bite Down delights."
Bite Down is hidden away in the beer garden of The Antelope and sells a range of fast-food favourites from vegan burgers, fried chicken, hot dogs, pulled pork, ribs and even prawns.
The Antelope pub, in Church Square, turned fully vegan in 2019 and the arrival of Bite Down truck allows customers to grab drinks and try the vegan food on offer.
The owner of the pub turned vegan over four years ago and when struggling to search for alternatives he decided to have a go at selling his own.
Mark Adkins, the owner, said: “When I turned vegan I was looking for replacements of food I liked, and I decided to copy KFC if and tried various different chicken substitutes and had seven mixing bowls going at one time for spices.
“I eventually hit on the spiced chicken recipe and everyone liked it so I thought it would be a good idea to start selling it.
“Anyone who has had any loves it, we’ve had some great reviews.
“There are still a lot of people who won't try vegan food but I think that’s slowly changing as it becomes more and more mainstream.”
You can order from Deliveroo and Just Eat or by calling 07540435620. The truck is open from 5pm until 11pm Sunday to Thursday and between 5pm and 12am on Friday and Saturday.
