July 19:
- James Hytner, 57, of Tower Road, Amersham. Exceeding the 40mph speed limit on the M32, Bristol, on July 17, 2021. Speed recorded was 46mph. Fined £1,000. Costs £210. Driving record endorsed with three points. No totting disqualification.
- Stephen Jessop, 61, of Castle Street, High Wycombe. Possession of a controlled Class A drug. On April 30, 2021, in Hyde Heath, had a quantity of cocaine in their possession. Fined £100. Costs £119. Cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed. Possession of a controlled Class B drug. On April 30, 2021, in Hyde Heath, had a quantity of amphetamine in their possession. No separate penalty. Amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed. Possession of a controlled Class A drug. On April 30, 2021, in Hyde Heath, had a quantity of methylamphetamine in their possession. Fined £120. Methylamphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed.
- Anne Audette, 60, of Cumbrian Way, High Wycombe. Driving over the drink drive limit in Redman Road, High Wycombe, on July 2. Fined £120. Costs £133. Disqualified from driving for 15 months.
- Jayden Fo, 19, of St Peters Close, Burnham. Assault by beating in Beaconsfield on July 5. Compensation £100. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent. Theft. On July 5, in Beaconsfield, stole a mobile phone to the value of £945 belonging to another person. Committed to prison for eight months. Compensation £945.
- Mohammed Safyan, 21, of Youens Road, High Wycombe. Possession of a controlled Class B drug. On July 5, in High Wycombe, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Conditionally discharged for 12 months. Costs £107. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
- Williams Coombs-Sutherland, 20, of Desborough Road, High Wycombe. Dangerous driving in Valley Road, Hughenden, on August 23, 2020. Must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Costs £180.
July 20:
- Junior Cato, 61, of Lady Verney Close, High Wycombe. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on January 31 and February 9. Fined £40.
- Patrick Maccallion, 39, of The Green, Wooburn Green. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court by failing to comply with an alcohol abstinence monitoring requirement between June 12 and June 27. Costs £60. Community order made. Must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.
- Stephen Jones, 67, of Forty Green, Beaconsfield. Failing to comply with a condition of registration as a firearms dealer in Forty Green on December 21, 2021. Fined £3,000. Costs £275. Failing to comply with a provision in respect of the register of firearms transactions in Forty Green on December 21, 2021. Fined £200.
July 21:
- Matthew Smith, 32, of Marand Court, Aylesbury. Failing to provide information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Bexley on September 18, 2018. Fined £180. Costs £122. Driving record endorsed with six points.
- Lewis Evans, 31, of Woodland View, Chesham. Assault by beating of an emergency worker in Aylesbury on July 18. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 18 months. Compensation £100. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on July 19. Compensation £200. Costs £239. Community order made. Restraining order made.
July 22:
- Gavin Stride, 39, of Micklefield Road, High Wycombe. Driving without due care and attention in Dowes Hill Lane, High Wycombe, on November 28, 2020. Fined £440. Costs £664.
- Sarah Hatchett, 42, of Walton Street, Aylesbury. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend supervision appointments on October 25, 2021 and October 29, 2021. Fined £50.
