A Buckinghamshire pensioner has been accused of digging graves on a man's land during a period of "harassment".
Michael Copelin, aged 75, of High Street, Whitchurch, is charged with committing harassment with fear of violence in Aylesbury from November 1, 2021 to January 14, 2022.
It is alleged that Copelin made the complainant fear that violence would be used against them, and that during the period of alleged harassment he dug two "graves" on the complainant's land.just

Copelin has not yet had an opportunity to plead guilty or not guilty to the charge.
A warrant is out for Copelin's arrest after he allegedly failed to surrender to custody at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on July 27.
