House prices in Buckinghamshire have gone up by an average of over £1,000 in the month of May, according to figures from the Land Registry.
The latest data from the government department reveals that in May 2022 average house prices in Buckinghamshire reached £462,392.
This was up from £461,321 in April, representing a 0.2 per cent increase. In the last 12 months it has risen by 9.2 per cent.

Breaking it down for specific types of housing, some prices saw a fall despite the general increase.
- Detached houses - Up to £846,793 from £844,988 in April
- Semi-detached houses - Up to £455,882 from £454,547 in April
- Terraced houses - Up to £357,863 from £355,998 in April
- Flats - Down to £239,468 from £240,279 in April
