Buckinghamshire Council processes hundreds of planning applications each week – here are a few interesting recent cases you might have missed.
New signs for Brill Stores
One of the planning applications you might have missed this week is that a shop in Brill are hoping to get new signs.
Brill Stores, which is based at 1 Temple Street in the village, submitted their plans for the application for two noticeable posts to be erected in the near future.
The forms were sent on July 21 and a decision on where the corner shop will get their new signs should be made by the middle of September.
No more lime trees
Submitted to Buckinghamshire Council on July 19, plans have been sent in to remove a tree that has ‘Kretzschmaria deusta at the base’ with the root compromised on one side.
Situated between Brookfield Lane and Chandos Road in Buckingham, North Buckinghamshire, there also hopes to remove two dying/dead Lawsons Cypress.
A decision should be made by September 13 this year.
Removing more plants
Plans have been submitted to remove cypress tree and hedges in Hulcott.
Sent to the council on July 19, if a decision has not been made by August 30 by the Tree Preservation Order then the party who submitted the form ‘are at liberty to carry out the proposed works’ themselves.
There are more plans to ‘remove excessive shade to veg beds and side of property.'
The village of Hulcott is a village and civil parish in Aylesbury Vale.
