A female dog walker has urged others to be vigilant after a man exposed his genitals and masturbated in front of her and her infant daughter at a popular Bucks beauty spot.
The man “accosted” professional dog walker Inka in broad daylight while she was with her baby girl and a pack of dogs on West Wycombe Hill on July 26 – her birthday.
The hill is a popular spot for walkers and families, so Inka has urged anyone who visits there to stay vigilant and call 999 if they see anything suspicious.
Sharing the information on her professional dog walking page All Paws and Games Pet Services, Inka said the man exposed himself and carried out a sex act on himself at 1.26pm towards the path that goes to the woodland path parallel to Chorley Road.
She said: “The man followed me until I found another woman with her children and he saw me pointing at him and being on the phone.
“Two units of police officers arrived pretty quickly but couldn’t find him.
“He was wearing a black beanie hat, dark blue t-shirt, black shorts and white trainers. Black hair with black beard, aged around early 30s. Around 5’7, medium build.
“Stay vigilant and report to 999 immediately with the reference 1086/26 July if you see anything suspicious.
“I was with my infant daughter and a pack of respectable breeds of dogs (rottie etc) and he was unfazed.”
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: “Thames Valley Police received a report that a man was seen exposing himself in a wooded area at West Wycombe Hill around 1.30pm on Tuesday (July 26).
“An investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information can contact police by calling 101 or making a report online, quoting reference 43220330976.”
