RESIDENTS are being offered a chance to have their say about housing plans for a boarded-up campus.
Fairview New Homes Limited wants to knock down the former John North Halls building in Marlow Hill and is inviting residents to a meet those behind the scheme.
The firm wants to put homes and apartments - including affordable housing - at the site, once used as halls by Bucks New University.
The firm said the team will talk about the plans and answer any questions.
It said it intends to submit a planning application to Wycombe District Council later in the year.
Spokesman Steve Mellor said: "Our plans are still at a very early stage, however, we would like to inform local residents of our intentions to redevelop the site.
"We believe that talking to local residents is extremely important to ensure that they are informed of the proposals before our planning application is submitted."
The event will be in the main hall at John Hampden Grammar School, Marlow Hill, High Wycombe, on Tuesday February 19 between 3pm and 7.30pm.
Another exhibition will be held in March.
