POLICE have today issued an appeal for information after thieves threatened the occupant of a flat with knives.
Two men wearing balaclavas broke into the flat in Hughenden Road, High Wycombe, at around 10pm on Monday night before punching the occupant and threatening them with knives.
The occupant was able to break free and raise the alarm while the men ransacked the flat, causing the two would-be burglars to flee the scene empty handed.
