A Chesham restaurant has been handed a one out of five food hygiene rating - and told it must make major improvements.
Rajasthan, an Indian restaurant on the High Street, was inspected by the Food Standards Agency on June 13.
It was rated a one, with inspectors saying hygienic food handling, including preparation, cooking, reheating, cooling and storage was "generally satisfactory".
The cleanliness and condition of the facilities and the building, in which inspectors look at the layout, ventilation, hand washing facilities and pest control, was rated as "improvement necessary".
The management of food safety needs "major improvement", with inspectors looking at the system or checks in place to ensure that food sold or served is safe to eat and evidence that staff know about food safety.
The restauarant has largely good reviews online, with a four out of five on TripAdvisor and 4.3 out of five on Google.
