A man who was caught speeding at nearly 110mph on the M40 has been fined.
Damian Waller, aged 48, was 39mph over the speed limit when he was recorded travelling at 109mph along the motorway on May 12.
The Audi driver, of Heathleigh Road in Birmingham, was travelling near Junction 7, near Aylesbury when he was caught travelling at extreme speed.
At a hearing on July 5, Waller was found guilty of a charge of speeding via a single justice procedure.

After considering the evidence, the magistrate fined Waller £461 and ordered him to pay £156 in costs.
Waller was allowed to keep his licence, but he received six penalty points. Drivers who accumulate 12 or more points over a three-year period receive an automatic suspension.
