A Bucks woman who stole more than £70-worth of chocolate has been sentenced.
Stephanie Lee, aged 36, of Pennycress Way, Newport Pagnell, admitted to taking £76.65 from a Co-op supermarket in Milton Keynes on April 28.
When the theft took place, Lee was serving a conditional discharge after she stole £233-worth of alcohol and other goods from Lidl in Blakelands in March 2021.
At a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on June 28, Lee pleaded guilty to a charge of theft from a shop. She also admitted to committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge and committing an offence while serving a community order.
After hearing the evidence, the justices sentenced to a one-year community order, requiring her to carry out rehabilitation activity.
She was also ordered to pay £95 in costs.
