Numerous schools across Buckinghamshire will close this week due to the adverse weather conditions the country is currently experiencing.
For the first time in recorded history, the Met Office has issued a ‘red warning’ as temperatures could reach up to 40°C.
This has led to several establishments allowed people to work from home, with schools confirming that they will either close the week commencing Monday, July 18, or let students wear PE kits in place of their uniform.
