A Marlow man caught speeding in High Wycombe has had his driving licence taken away for six months.
Kenneth Stuart Nicol, 68, was caught going 36mph in a 30mph zone on the A4010 Chapel Lane on October 10 last year.
Mr Nicol, of Seymour Court Road, has now been disqualified from driving for six months due to "repeat offending" by Wycombe Magistrates' Court.
In a hearing on July 5, Mr Nicol was fined £220, ordered to pay costs of £110 and a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 - making a total of £364 to pay.
