A driver has lost her licence after she was caught speeding in Amersham.
Miranda Mead, aged 54, was caught travelling at 43mph along Station Road, where the limit is 30mph, on August 13 last year.
At a court hearing at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on June 28, the Nissan driver was found guilty of speeding.
The court heard how Mead, of Everest Way in Hemel Hempstead, was a "repeat offender", as the justices endorsed her licence with four penalty points.
These latest points meant the driver had accumulated 12 or more points in the last three years, leaving the magistrates with no choice but to give her a six-month driving ban.
As well as the disqualification, Mead was also told to pay a £384 fine and £124 in costs.
