Marlow teenager Raphael Hickling was found guilty of three counts of assault
A Marlow teenager has been ordered to pay up following a triple assault in the town.
Raphael Hickling, 19, of Pinecroft, has been fined £825 and ordered to pay £704 in costs for the three separate attacks.
At Wycombe Magistrates' Court on June 27, Hickling pleaded not guilty to three charges of assault by beating, but following a trial the magistrates found him to be guilty.
The court heard how on September 25 last year, the 19-year-old attacked three different people - two males and a female.
After hearing the evidence, the magistrates did not feel a prison sentence would be appropriate, instead opting to punish the defendant financially.
