Part of High Wycombe town centre was cordoned off this morning after an attack in the early hours of the morning.
Police were seen in Frogmoor on Tuesday morning, with a large cordon in place by the benches and the Art Space unit.
Thames Valley Police gave the Bucks Free Press limited details about what was going on, saying that tey were investigating reports of an attack in the early hours of the morning.
They said in a statement: "Thames Valley Police received a report of an assault in Frogmoor, High Wycombe at around 12.45am this morning (July 12).
"Officers attended the scene and their investigations into this incident are ongoing.
"If anyone has any information regarding this incident please call 101 or make a report online quoting reference number 43220306325."
