A recycling bin was destroyed in a fire in the middle of the night in High Wycombe.
Firefighters were called to Queensmead Road in Loudwater at around 2:40am on Wednesday (July 6) after a wheelie bin was on fire.
The fire was first found by a nearby resident on Tuesday (July 5) after he smelt the blaze at around 11pm finding the bin left "destroyed" the following morning.
A Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue spokesperson: "One appliance and crew from Beaconsfield attended.
"A wheelie bin was on fire.
"The firefighters used one hose reel."
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said no incident has been reported for the date and location of the fire.
