A High Wycombe business was crowned the best small planning consultancy of the year following a record amount of entries into the award.
Arrow Planning picked up the accolade for planning excellence at the Royal Town Planning Institute Awards for the South East region.
The region chair revealed that this year had seen their largest number of entries with the standard being described as extremely high.
Managing director, Mark Schmull said: “I am incredibly proud of this award, which is a huge reward for the hard-working and dedicated team who I am honoured to work alongside every day”.
In delivering the award, the judges referenced Arrow’s ability to deal with complex strategic projects, excellent client feedback and a strong focus on team ethos and culture.
Arrow is now set to compete in the national awards later this year.
Jemimah Ware, futures development manager, said: “It was fantastic to hear the judge’s feedback and their recognition of the team culture we have developed here at Arrow.
"We are investing a lot of time and energy into building a dedicated and motivated team who set high standards for each other, and this was a key part of our submission."
