Emergency services attended a crash in Prestwood as firefighters cut a woman free from a car.
Fire crews used hydraulic equipment and left the woman in the care of South Central Ambulance Service along with another adult man.
One man was also taken to A&E by a relative following the crash between two cars at Honor End Lane at around 5:30pm.
A Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: "Appliances and crew from High Wycombe and Amersham attended a road traffic collision involving two cars.
"Firefighters released one adult female from the vehicle and was left in the care of South Central Ambulance Service along with another adult male.
"One adult male with unknown injuries was taken to A&E by a relative.
"Firefighters used hydraulic equipment, small gear and environmental grab bag at the incident.
"Thames Valley Police were also in attendance."
The Bucks Free Press has approached Thames Valley Police for a comment.
