The best companies to work for in Buckinghamshire have been revealed in new research.
The analysis, using data from Glassdoor and Companies House, found the top employers based on pay, culture, benefits, progression, and business growth.
All those included scored an average of over 65 per cent across all categories, with the leading employer scoring 92 per cent.
Of those analysed, five employers scored 100 per cent for culture and benefits - Origin, Softcat, Amgen, Danaher, and O2.
When it comes to pay, 65 per cent of the Buckinghamshire businesses analysed were found to pay above UK average salaries.
Six employers pay as much as 11-20 percent more than the national average - including Origin, Johnson & Johnson, Pinewood, Balfour Beatty, and Amgen.

- Origin: doors and windows manufacturer in High Wycombe – 92 per cent
- Softcat: IT infrastructure company in Marlow – 88 per cent
- Amgen: biotechnology company in Denham – 88 per cent
- Danaher: science and tech innovation company in High Wycombe – 85 per cent
- IHG: Hotel group in Denham – 80 per cent
- Balfour Beatty: construction company in Langley – 76 per cent
- O2: technology company based near Slough – 75 per cent
- Johnson & Johnson: healthcare company in High Wycombe – 68 per cent
- Pinewood Studios: film studio in Iver Heath – 68 per cent
- Morgan Sindall: construction company based near Slough – 68 per cent
