Sukh Chamdal, founder and CEO of Cake Box said: "Cake Box is delighted to welcome Aylesbury to the family, and we look forward to serving the local community with our fantastic range of Celebration Cakes.

"I am personally excited to be expanding our stores in Buckinghamshire - we identified Aylesbury as having a great fit with Cake Box and its range of products. I know just how personal a local cake shop is to the community, having started Cake Box in East London as a single store in 2008.

"All our customers can have their cakes personalised and ready within an hour. We also understand people like to shop online, and we’re able to serve them via our website where they can take advantage of in-store collection, or delivery.

The new store will bring with it local employment oppertunities for people in the community.

Owner and franchisee of the Alyesbury store, Bharvi Patel said: “We are very excited to be opening a new Cake Box store in Aylesbury.

"This is an area that didn’t have a store so we’re looking forward to sharing all the lovely products with customers and being able to help make their celebrations extra special.”
