A MERCEDES driver has been fined more than £400 after he was caught speeding and driving without insurance on the motorway.
Husien Amied, aged 37, has been fined £440 and been ordered to pay a further £90 in costs after he broke the 70mph speed limit on the M40 on January 3.
Amied, of Thelwall Avanue, Manchester, was driving between junction 2 and 1A near Iver Heath when he was caught on a speed camera.

He was clocked speeding 99mph in his silver Mercedes-Benz.
Amied was found guilty of speeding at a hearing at Oxford Magistrates' Court on June 14.
He was fined £440 for speeding, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £44 and court costs of £90.
He has also been given six points on his license.
