A BMW driver has been fined almost £100 for speeding 10 mph over the limit.
Robert Kinsey, 50, of High Street, Ruislip, Middlesex, was caught driving 40mph in a 30 zone on November 12, 2021.
The driver was clocked speeding in his BMW car on the A40 on West Wycombe Road, West Wycombe, exceeding the 30mph speed limit.

Kinsey pleaded guilty to the offence in Oxford Magistrates' Court on June 9.
Speeding above 30 miles per hour is contrary to section 81(1) and 89(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
The judge fined him £66 and he was ordered to pay a victim service charge of £34.
He was also given three points on his licence.
