A nursing care home in High Wycombe decided to give a life-long fan of the Chairboys a special treat as they managed to secure him a ticket for the League One play-off final against Sunderland.
The Heights Nursing Care Home in the town worked their magic to get Grantley, who is a resident of the establishment, a spot secured for the Wembley showpiece back on May 21.

Even though it wasn’t meant to be for Wanderers that day, as they lost 2-0 at the home of English football, the Wanderer was incredibly grateful for the gesture.
When the day came, carers in the home helped Grantley get suitably attired in his Wycombe football shirt, hat and scarf and was supported on his journey to Adams Park Stadium by his carer Donna and Activity Co-ordinator Junior.
Grantley was also present when the Chairboys defeated Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 at Adams Park, which was the club’s final home league match of the season.
His son, Nigel, who accompanied Grantley to both matches, said: "My father loves Wycombe Wanderers and always enjoyed going to the games.
"These are very special moments and we are all looking forward to next season and doing this a lot more regularly now life is getting back to some form of normality.
"Junior and Donna were fantastic in ensuring all his needs were met."
