June 7:
- Marin Dumitru, 43, of West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe. Assault by beating in Castle Street, High Wycombe, on May 22. Committed to prison for eight weeks consecutive suspended for 18 months. Compensation £50. Conviction of an offence while serving a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on April 14, 2021. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 18 months. Overall length of sentence 14 weeks suspended for 18 months.
- Lawrence Hawes, 64, of Stanbridge Road, Aylesbury. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit on A40 London Road, Postcombe, on July 29, 2021. Speed recorded was 51mph. Fined £346. Costs £124. Disqualified from driving for six months.
- Adam Horstead, 55, of Hawks Hill, Bourne End. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Parkway, Marlow, on July 24, 2021. Speed recorded was 35mph. Fined £138. Costs £144. Disqualified from driving for six months.
- Jermaine Joseph, 40, of Hedley View, High Wycombe. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Treadaway Hill, Flackwell Heath, on July 21, 2021. Fined £103. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with three points.
- Aadam Khan, 24, of Ashfield Road, Chesham. Exceeding the 70mph speed limit on the M40, Stokenchurch, on October 31, 2021. Fined £448. Costs £134. Driving record endorsed with six points.
- Oliver Scales, 23, of Lakeside, Aylesbury. Exceeding the 70mph speed limit on the A4146 Stoke Hammond on October 31, 2021. Fined £357. Costs £125. Driving record endorsed with six points.
- Paul Harris, 40, of Copners Drive, Holmer Green. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit on the B4009 Halton on July 10, 2021. Fined £307. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with three points.
- Mohameed Khan, 19, of Grenville Road, Aylesbury. Possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. On January 29, in St Mary’s Square, Aylesbury, had an extendable baton without reasonable excuse. Costs £345. Must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Baton to be forfeited and destroyed. Obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of their duty in Aylesbury on January 29. No separate penalty.
- Joanna Board, 44, of Gayhurst Road, High Wycombe. Theft from a shop. On February 9, in Beaconsfield, stole several items to the value of £174.45 belonging to Sainsbury’s. Fined £40. Costs £74.
- Noah Wakeham, 27, of Denham Green Road, Denham. Driving over the drink drive limit in Oxford Road, Denham, on April 17. Fined £403. Costs £125. Disqualified from driving for 23 months. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Oxford Road, Denham, on April 17.
- Gayle Martin, 44, of Rennie Close, High Wycombe. Driving over the drink drive limit in The Warren, Hazlemere, on May 22. Fined £138. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.
June 8:
- Kenan Roberts, 23, of Gomm Place, High Wycombe. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on May 10 and May 24. Fined £60. Costs £60.
- Daniel Coomber, 37, of Mendip Way, High Wycombe. Failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle on October 9, 2020. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Community order made. Costs £628. Disqualified from driving for 30 months.
- Carole Deamer, 77, of Wood Lane Close, Iver. Exceeding the 40mph speed limit on A412 Wexham on October 15, 2021. Speed recorded was 55mph. Fined £107. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with three points. No totting disqualification.
- Scott Cordice, 28, of Amersham Hill, High Wycombe. Theft from a shop. On June 7, in London Road, High Wycombe, stole three bottles of gin to the value of £43.17 belonging to Lidl. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. Costs £128.
