A town summer festival is returning next month with more than 75 events in the space of a week for the community to enjoy.
Princes Risborough's Summer Town Festival returns from Saturday, July 2, to Saturday, July 9, and local businesses, clubs and organisations will be opening their doors to offer free taster sessions and activities.
The week culminates in the free Festival Saturday on July 9 with the High Street playing host to live music and performances on the main stage.
Other festival day attractions include a man-made beach sponsored by Blanchford’s Building Supplies, a 27ft inflatable obstacle course sponsored by Dukes Wine Bar, and a royal meet and greet where children will be able to meet Elsa, Ariel, and Belle sponsored by The Soft Water Shop.
There will also be a series of circus skills workshops throughout the afternoon sponsored by Caloo Ltd., face painting sponsored by Lightfoots Solicitors, plus over 40 stalls that line the High Street including food and drink vendors serving up delicious goodies.
All sponsored attractions will be free for the public.
The main sponsor for the eighth year is Michael Graham Estate Agents.
Carly O’Brien, Marketing and Operations Director for Michael Graham said: “It’s a real pleasure to be sponsoring the festival again and having it back to all its glory within the town.
"This is a staple day out in the community for locals, who can come together and celebrate the town and its community spirit."
Town Mayor and Chairman of Princes Risborough Town Council Cllr Andy Ball added: “This year promises another wonderful community event. The packed programme of events has something for everyone with some great entertainment on festival day.
"We have missed you for the past two years and look forward to welcoming everyone back."
