A High Wycombe creative branding agency was commended by industry experts.
Milestone, a creative company with a 25-strong team based in two converted barns in Wycombe, won the accolades for firms with up to 25 employees in the Drum Independent Agency Census 2022.
It was also rated the ‘top 10 UK elite independent agency of any size, based on financial strength and client ratings of creativity, strategy and customer service.
Now with a 27-year track record of success, Milestone’s journey began in 1995 in a tiny office above an art shop in Beaconsfield Old Town.

Joint managing director Ian Sutton said “2020 was a tough year for everyone, but we just kept going, with a fantastic team and great clients. Having the right technology, regular team communications and a strong, resilient culture meant we adapted well to working from home and in 2021 had our best year ever."
While old clients stayed with the agency, they won several new clients “despite our no-pitch policy,” said creative director Peter Wilkinson.
Jay Roff, joint managing director, added: “This double win is proof that we can more than hold our own against London agencies more than five times our size.

"While some agencies are reducing their office space, we’ve seen the return to work as an opportunity to expand our premises, giving our team more room while adding new client services including an onsite photography and video studio. And it’s been fantastic to be able to build on our strong, supportive culture.”
