A GOLF club had equipment and money taken after it was broken into on Monday night.
Staff at the Harewood Downs Golf Club in Coke Lane, Chalfont St Giles, discovered the till and golfing equipment had been stolen from the on site pro-shop.
Police estimate the theft took place at 10.45pm on Monday, with witnesses reporting seeing a silver vehicle speeding away from the scene.
At around 11.20pm on the previous Saturday the metal shutter of the club was damaged in an incident, although nothing was stolen and entry was not gained.
Offenders were seen wearing ski-masks and one was carrying an axe, and left in a silver vehicle, similar to a VW Golf.
